- Conduct property presentations and site visits for prospective customers. N
- Follow up with prospects regularly and maintain an updated sales pipeline. N
- Negotiate with customers and support the closure of property transactions. N
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned. N
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers. N
- Develop and maintain relationships with brokers/channel partners. N
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. N
