Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Executive role is based in Delhi, India, and sits at the engine room of our growth. This is a high-velocity, outreach-heavy position for someone who lives in the pipeline — prospecting daily, booking meetings relentlessly, and closing consistently. You'll own the end-to-end sales cycle: identifying and qualifying leads,



running high-volume multi-channel outreach, pitching Bridgekala's services, and driving deals from first touch to signature.
You'll work out of a modern sales stack — Apollo, Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools — to build targeted lead lists, enrich prospect data, automate outreach sequences, and keep the pipeline moving. Expect heavy daily activity: cold email, LinkedIn outreach, calls, and a full calendar of discovery calls and client meetings. You'll coordinate closely with our strategy and delivery teams to build sharp proposals, and partner with marketing and account management to maximize upsells and cross-sells across the client base.
