Role: Director/ Associate Director/ Group Head - Account Management (Experiential Marketing)
Location: Mumbai/ Gurgaon
Experience Required: 2 to 10 years in client servicing, experiential marketing, events, activations, retail marketing or rural marketing
Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing & Business Development
- Build and manage solid relationships with clients across FMCG, Retail, Consumer, Rural and Lifestyle sectors .
- Understand client briefs and translate them into innovative experiential, retail, rural and event-led solutions .
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to pitching, proposal development and revenue growth .
- Drive end-to-end client communication, ensuring alignment on objectives, timelines, budgets and deliverables.

Experiential & Event Marketing
- Conceptualize and execute on-ground activations, brand experiences, events, launches and consumer engagement campaigns .
- Develop innovative activation ideas that create meaningful consumer interactions and deliver against campaign objectives.




- Manage projects end-to-end—from briefing and planning to execution, post-event reporting and evaluation .
- Work closely with vendors, production partners and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Rural & Retail Marketing
- Plan and execute rural marketing initiatives, market activations and consumer engagement programs across relevant markets.
- Leverage regional insights, consumer behaviour and local market dynamics to create effective rural campaigns.
- Drive retail activations, visibility initiatives, in-store experiences and trade engagement programs .
- Develop and implement SOPs, execution frameworks and best practices to ensure consistency and scalability across markets.

Stakeholder & Project Management
- Collaborate with Creative, Strategy, Operations, Production, Analytics and Client Servicing teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery, quality, budget
