ASSOCIATE VICE PRESIDENT - INVESTMENT BANKING (DEBT)

nA specialist investment bank arranging equity and debt capital for companies across
nfinancial services, agriculture, education, healthcare, renewable energy and women's
nempowerment. A team of 30-plus finance professionals in India with international
nrepresentation. The firm works with businesses seeking growth capital and with investors
nseeking social, environmental and financial returns.

nTHE ROLE
nYou will work directly with Vice Presidents and senior management across the full
ntransaction lifecycle - origination, structuring, execution and closing - and build
nrelationships with investors and industry experts.
n

nThe work revolves primarily around DEBT transactions in impact sectors: financial
ninclusion, affordable education, affordable healthcare, renewable energy, women
nempowerment and waste management.



Relationship strength on both the client side and the
ninvestor side is central to the seat.
n

nWHAT YOU WILL DO
n- Raise and arrange capital, and place debt securities with investors
n- Work across assignments from ideation and initial client pitches through to closing,
nalongside other strategic advisory work
n- Independently manage debt deal execution: investor reachout and pitches, negotiation of
nterms, coordination with lawyers, valuers and due-diligence agencies, finalisation of
ndefinitive documents and closing
n- Communicate regulatory and financial information and complex strategic issues clearly
nto guide transaction structuring
n- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale lenders - banks, NBFCs and foreign
nlenders
n- Market the firm's services to internal partners and external clients, build client
nnetworks across sectors and support client acquisition
n- Manage the corporat
