NThe Role
nWe're hiring Community Leads to build and grow HYPEDIN's student network across colleges.
NThis is a good fit if youunderstand college culture, like working with students, and can hold relationships with society heads, club leads, and campus organisers. You'll own community growth, run our campus ambassador programs, and make sure students show up for HYPEDIN campaigns.
NMost of the job is peoplework: reaching out, following up, coordinating a lot of moving parts, and getting things done without being chased.
NWhat You'll Do

- Build and hold relationships with students, societies, clubs,



and campus leaders N
- Grow HYPEDIN's network of student communities across colleges N
- Find active communities, student influencers, and potential campus partners N
- Keep the community engaged through regular activity and initiatives N
- Be the main point of contact for student communities and campus reps N

nCampus ambassador program

- Recruit, onboard,and manage student ambassadors N
- Set clear tasks, targets, and deadlines N
- Track performance and deliverables N
- Keep good ambassadors motivated and around N
- Build a campus leadership layer that supports our campaigns N

nCampaigns and events

- Mobilise students for events, workshops, competitions, and promotions N
- Hit participation targets and make sure campaigns reach the right audience N
