- Client Management & Acquisition: N

- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, building long-term, trust-based relationships. N
- Handle Inbound leads promptly and convert prospects into site visits and final buyers. N
- Understand client requirements, investment goals, and budgets to recommend suitable residential or commercial properties. N
- Property Tours & Presentations: N
- Organize and conduct property site visits, virtual tours, and project presentations for clients. N
- Highlight key features,amenities, pricing, payment plans, and legal/regulatory details of properties accurately. N
- Sales & Negotiation: N




- Guide clients through price negotiations, booking processes, and paperwork. N
- Coordinate with internal sales, legal, and finance teams to ensure smooth deal closures. N
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. N

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. N
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive / Manager or Consultant in the real estate sector. N
- Skills: N
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. N
- Strong customer-centricmindset with high emotional intelligence. N
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace. N

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits as needed. N
