Job DescriptionThe VP - IP and Sponsorship is a Senior Leadership role responsible for building and scaling one of India's Biggest Global Film Festival award show from India, while working across select host countries to drive brand consistency, business expansion, revenue growth, partnerships and recent IP growth.
NEngine of Growth: Architect, pitch, and secure high-value title and category sponsorships to directly drive the primary multi-million-dollar revenue stream of the India's Biggest Global Film Festival award show's portfolio.
NPipeline Champion: Actively hunt, negotiate, and close complex, cross-border commercial alliances with Fortune brands and CXOs, converting brand vision into measurable annual growth.
NMonetisation Strategist: Innovate new commercial inventory across broadcast, digital, and experiential media, transforming every aspect of the Award show into high-margin monetization channels.
NThe role will act as a central custodian of our Global Film Festival award show and the India based teams across project, digital, PR, Sales & Marketing and industry relations,



while accelerating our brand's evolution beyond an awards ceremony event into a year-round multiplatform cultural institution.
NA key mandate of this role is to take over day-to-day India management and brand execution, enabling senior leadership to focus on global vision, expansion, diplomacy, investment and strategic growth.
