NWhat You'll Be Doing:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services N
- Engage with leads through calls, emails, and follow-up messages N
- Schedule meetings and assist the sales team in day-to-day coordination N
- Generate leads and support in cold calling campaigns N
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups,



and CRM entries N
- Promote our IT and software services to prospective customers N
- Collect and relay customer feedback for service improvement N

nWhat We're LookingFor:

- n
- Minimum 1 year oftelecalling or client-facing experience N
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills N
- Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling N
- Experience in outbound sales, IT, SaaS, or e-commerce is a plus N
- Must be based in or able to commute to Ghatkopar East, Mumbai N
