NControllership- US GAAP and SEC Reporting
NExp.- 4+ yrs of relevant exp. in financial reporting or CA freshers (Article ship in controllership;
financial reporting)

- Perform financial reporting and technical accounting for the corporate finance function of EXL.
N
- Be responsible for drafting of quarterly and annual financial statements i.E., 10Q/10K
N
- Be responsible for monthly and quarterly closing activities.
N
- Should have understanding of accounting topics, such as, derivatives, leases, share-based employee compensation.
N
- Abreast with the latestdevelopments on accounting and reporting aspects from regulators, such as FASB and SEC.
N
- Experience in financialstatements preparation, variance analysis etc. Knowledge of any one of the following GAAP would be an advantage, for instance, IFRS, Ind AS or US GAAP
NQualifications:
NCA plus B.Com or MBA Finance
