NExperience: 10+ years in BIM, with at least 4 years focused on quality assurance for large modeling programs
NWhat you'll do:
N● Own the project QualityPlan — define QC checklists, tolerances and review cadence for LOD 300–400 deliverables.
N● Lead the QC Lead and QCChecker team across all disciplines;
run rolling QC (not just end-of-project checks).
N● Own model federation and clash detection sign-off before client issue.
N● Audit AIM/asset data for completeness and consistency against the agreed schema.
N● Report quality KPIs (rework rate, clash counts, deviation from point cloud) to the Project Manager weekly.
NWhat we're looking for:
N● Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or related field.
N● Deep hands-on experience auditing Revit models against point cloud data and LOD standards.
N● Familiarity with ISO 19650 quality/validation requirements and Navisworks clash workflows.
N● Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits.
NSoftware: Revit, Navisworks Manage, Auto CAD Software, Recap Pro, Solibri (a plus)
