- Work directly with the founders on technology and operations

- Develop and improve material recovery processes

- Work across mechanical,thermal, and chemical processes
N
- Take processes from lab→ pilot → commercial plant
N
- Improve recovery, purity, efficiency, and cost
N
- Work with machinery andtechnology vendors
N
- Support plant design, commissioning, and operations
N
- Troubleshoot technical and operational problems
N
- Help build SOPs and improve day-to-day plant performance
N
- Research and develop recent ways to recover valuable materials
NQualifications
n
- Degree in Materials Science, Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering, or related field




N
- Preferably 3+ years of experience in e-waste, recycling, resource recovery, or related industries
N
- Experience with hydrometallurgy, pyrometallurgy, or separation processes
N
- Hands-on experience with pilot plants, process design, or plant operations
N
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
N
- Comfortable working with vendors, machines, and plant teams
N
- High ownership and willingness to work in a fast-moving startup environment
N
- Preference will be given to candidates from top-tier engineering institutes and colleges
