NWe are hiring for the position of Manager/ Senior Manager/ General Manager/Assistant Vice President – Corporate Sales (General Insurance – Commercial) for our Bengaluru office.
NThe ideal candidate should have 7–15 years of experience in corporate/commercial insurance sales, with robust expertise in Property, Liability, Marine, Engineering, Employee Benefits, and a proven track record in large account acquisition, key account management, and CXO-level relationship management.
NThe role includes drivingregional business growth, managing insurer relationships, and ensuring strong adherence to IRDAI and broking standards.

N1. Business Development &Client; Acquisition

- Identify, target and acquire new corporate clients across sectors. N




- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets. N
- Prepare and deliver customized insurance solutions to corporate clients. N

n2. Client Relationship Management

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key corporate accounts. N
- Coordinate with placement, operations and claims teams to ensure seamless client experience. N

n3. Market & Product Knowledge

- Maintain in-depthknowledge of insurance products, market trend and underwriting practices. N
- Stay updated with IRDAI N

n4.Sales Planning &Reporting;

- Prepare annual and quarterly sales plans and forecasts. N
- Track performance metrics and provide regular sales reports to Reporting Head. N
- Participate in businessreview meetings and contribute to strategic initiatives. N

- Work closely withplacement, claims and support teams for client deliverables.
