nPreferred Eligibility Criteria

- Degree: Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or equivalent mental health qualification from a recognized institution.n
- Certifications: Completed multiple certifications in emotional wellness, trauma resolution, somatic therapy, mindfulness, or expressive arts healing.n
- Experience: Minimum 3–5+ years of experience conducting 1-on-1 counseling, group facilitation, and designing/executing mental health retreats (preferably in luxury wellness or retreat environments).n
- Location & Lifestyle: Full-time, on-site resident role. Must reside on the sanctuary grounds (complete 24-hour executive accommodation and food provided).n
