nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, has strong administrative skills, and is comfortable working in a structured sales environment.

nYou will work closely with our sales and client services teams and play an important role in managing new enquiries, qualifying prospective clients, maintaining accurate information and supporting the sales process.

nAbout the Role
nYour primary responsibility will be to contact prospective clients who have submitted an enquiry and guide them through the next stage of our process.

nYour responsibilities will include:

- Calling new client enquiries to verify and collect relevant informationn
- Building rapport and creating a positive client experiencen
- Understanding clients' property goals, circumstances and requirementsn
- Helping clients understand the next steps in our processn




- Accurately recording and updating client information in our CRMn
- Following structured scripts, processes and sales systemsn
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentationn
- Supporting the sales team with follow-ups and administrative tasksn
- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth client handoversn
- Following up with prospective clients in a timely and professional mannern
