We are looking for an experienced Director of Sales & Business Development to help accelerate our growth across the US market.
This is a hunter-focused leadership role for a proven staffing sales professional who can open new accounts, build executive relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and generate significant recurring revenue.
The Opportunity
The Director of Sales & Business Development will own the growth of InstantServe's US staffing business, with a primary focus on new client acquisition and strategic account development .




The ideal candidate already understands the US staffing ecosystem and has established relationships with direct clients, MSPs, VMS programs, Tier-1 vendors, healthcare organizations, and enterprise companies.
This is a highly entrepreneurial role with significant autonomy and the opportunity to help shape and scale InstantServe's sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive US sales and business development strategy.
- Identify, target, and acquire current direct clients and enterprise accounts.
- Develop relationships with CHROs, CIOs, Talent Acquisition leaders, Procurement, HR, hiring managers, and business executives .
- Generate new business across IT staffing, healthcare staffing, RPO, contract staffing, direct hire, and workforce solutions.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate revenue forecasts.
- Identify opportunities through cold outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, industry events, and existing relationships.
