nIdentify and approach supermarkets, premium grocery stores, gourmet stores and suitable retail outlets across Bengaluru.n
n
nVisit retailers regularly and present Food & Faith products.n
n
nGenerate new retail accounts and purchase orders.n
n
nMaintain relationships with store owners, managers and buyers.n
n
nFollow up with existing stores to generate repeat orders.n
n
nEnsure product availability, shelf placement and visibility.n
n
nMonitor stock levels and identify replenishment requirements.n
n
nCollect retailer/customer feedback.n
n
nMaintain daily outlet visit and kilometre records.n
n
nSubmit shelf/display photographs and weekly sales reports.n
n
nCandidate Requirementsn




n1–3 years of field-sales experience, preferably in FMCG, packaged food, snacks, spices or grocery.n
nGood knowledge of the Bengaluru retail market.n
nExisting relationships with supermarkets/grocery retailers will be an advantage.n
nStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.n
nKannada,English & Hindi Preferredn
nOwn two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.n
nComfortable with extensive daily field travel across Bengaluru.n
nTarget-oriented and capable of independently developing recent retail accounts.n
