About the Role nWe are looking for a confident, well-presented and articulate Sales & Client Relations Executive to represent our real estate projects and interact directly with prospective buyers.
nThis is a highly client-facing role . The ideal candidate should have an engaging personality, excellent communication skills and the confidence to present properties professionally — from the first enquiry and project presentation to site visits, follow-ups and final closure.
Key Responsibilities n

- Attend and respond to enquiries from prospective property buyers.n
- Understand the client's requirements, budget and property preferences.n
- Present projects, properties, amenities, pricing and investment highlights clearly and confidently.n
- Conduct professional client meetings, property presentations and site visits .n
- Communicate comfortably with clients over phone, WhatsApp, video calls and in-person meetings .n




- Build solid relationships with prospective buyers through professional and consistent follow-ups.n
- Prepare and deliver property presentations using brochures, presentations, videos and other sales materials.n
- Coordinate appointments and site visits with interested clients.n
- Handle client questions and objections confidently and accurately.n
- Follow up with leads and move prospective buyers through the sales process towards booking and closure.n
- Maintain updated lead and client information in the CRM.n
- Coordinate with the marketing team regarding incoming leads and campaign responses.n
- Represent the company professionally during property events, exhibitions, launches and client meetings .n
- Work towards monthly targets for meetings, site visits, bookings and sales.n
