This role requires a agile individual who can lead a sales team, identify opportunities, develop strong relationships with clients, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
n Experience:
n10+ years of experience in sales, 5+ years in digital marketing and branding agency, with 5+ years in a team leadership role.

n1. Team Leadership

- Set team targets, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback.n
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.n

n2. Sales Strategy & Planning

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for digital marketing and branding services.n




- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.n
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design campaigns that support sales initiatives.n

n3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships.n
- Identify client needs and customize digital marketing solutions, including SEO, social media, PPC, content marketing, and branding, to drive business results.n
- Conduct regular client meetings and deliver presentations to demonstrate the value of GTF’s services.n
