nWe are looking for a SEBI / Audit / Inspection qualified with 3–6 years of experience for an opportunity based in Chennai.
n

n? Location: Chennai

nKey Responsibilities:
n

nReview and analyse inspection reports, supporting documents and compliance findings.
nPrepare Letters of Observation (LO) and analyse responses received from members.
nCoordinate with onsite inspection teams and members for clarifications and follow-ups.
nPrepare reply analysis, approval notes, agendas, action letters and MIS reports.
nMonitor corrective actions, penalties, appeals and pending compliance matters.
nEnsure adherence to defined TATs and regulatory/compliance requirements.
nHandle member queries related to compliance and inspection observations.
nMonitor SEBI,



Exchanges and regulatory circulars, guidelines and notifications and assess relevant compliance requirements.
nCoordinate with internal departments for implementation and closure of inspection-related actions.
nSupport post-inspection activities, personal hearings and onsite inspections as required.
