About Dream Life Educational Services n Dream Life Educational Services is a Coimbatore-based education consultancy supporting students and parents with college selection, career counselling and admissions across Tamil Nadu and Bengaluru.
n As part of our 2027 expansion, we are looking for an experienced and performance-driven Admissions Sales & Operations Manager to lead our admissions, telecalling, counselling and office operations.
Role Overview n The Admissions Sales & Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s day-to-day admissions sales and operational activities.
n The selected candidate will work directly with the CEO and management and will take ownership of the telecalling team, closing counsellors, CRM processes, lead management, recruitment support, training,



performance monitoring and admissions target achievement.
n This is a leadership position suitable for a candidate who can independently manage teams, establish processes and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Admissions Management n

- Manage the complete student-admission sales process, from lead allocation to admission confirmation.n
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for telecallers and closing counsellors.n
- Monitor lead response time, follow-ups, counselling quality and conversion rates.n
- Support the team in handling difficult parent objections and high-value admission closures.n
- Ensure hot leads are transferred to closing counsellors without delay.n
- Track admission documentation, fee payment and confirmation status.n
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual admission targets.n
