About RES - LiquidscapeLiquidscape, the water-feature division of Renewable Energy Solutions, specialises in the design, engineering and execution of swimming pools, architectural fountains, musical/dancing fountains, water bodies and associated electro-mechanical systems.
We have successfully executed multiple projects across Odisha, including projects in Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Koraput, Titlagarh and other locations , and currently have ongoing projects in the state.
We are now establishing a dedicated business-development operation in Bhubaneswar to aggressively expand across Odisha.
The opportunityWe are looking for a commercially aggressive, well-connected Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the Odisha market.
This is not a conventional sales role .




The successful candidate will be expected to build relationships with the people who influence projects before they become tenders or quotations .
Key responsibilities
- Develop Liquidscape's business across Odisha
- Build relationships with:
- Architects
- Landscape architects
- Developers
- Builders
- Government departments
- PSUs
- Industrial organisations
- Hotels & resorts
- PMCs and contractors
- Identify upcoming projects at an early stage
- Get Liquidscape involved during the design/specification stage
- Generate enquiries for swimming pools and fountains
- Develop fountain and water-feature opportunities in government, institutional and private projects
- Build relationships with decision-makers and project influencers
- Leverage existing Liquidscape Odisha projects to generate introductions
- Conduct regular client meetings and site visits
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Coordinate with the Kolkata technical/design team
- Monitor
