- Identify and research potential clients, decision-makers, and growth opportunities across industries.n
- Build and maintain prospect databases and CRM records.n
- Execute personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other relevant channels.n




- Craft tailored communication that demonstrates an understanding of each prospect's business and challenges.n
- Follow structured outreach processes while adapting conversations based on prospect responses.n

nLead Qualification & Relationship Building:

- Engage prospects to understand their goals, challenges, and business needs.n
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and BLinc's leadership team.n
- Nurture long-term relationships through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.n
- Identify referral, networking, and partnership opportunities where relevant.n

nReporting & Pipeline Management:

- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, conversations, and meeting outcomes.n
- Track activity levels, conversion metrics, and pipeline performance.n
- Share prospect insights, market feedback, and growth opportunities with the team.n
- Continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance and learning
