Kanan.co is looking for an ambitious, target-driven and high-performance Sales Leader to take ownership of an international study destination and drive its student acquisition, revenue, team performance and market expansion . This is not just a Sales Head position. This is an opportunity to build and lead an entire sales vertical. If you have successfully led sales teams in EdTech, Coaching, Education, Concept Marketing or high-volume B2C sales , we want to hear from you. What You Will Own As Country Sales Head , you will be responsible for: ✅ Building and executing the sales strategy for the assigned country/study destination ✅ Driving student admissions and revenue growth ✅ Leading,



mentoring and developing a high-performing Sales & Counselling Team ✅ Setting and driving individual and team sales targets ✅ Building solid B2C and B2B student acquisition channels ✅ Managing the complete funnel: Lead → Follow-up → Counselling → Application → Admission → Revenue ✅ Developing innovative Concept Marketing & Sales Strategies ✅ Conducting seminars, webinars, presentations and student/parent engagement initiatives ✅ Working closely with Digital Marketing, Counselling, B2B and Business Development teams ✅ Analysing conversion, revenue and sales performance data ✅ Identifying funnel gaps and implementing corrective strategies ✅ Presenting market insights, performance reports and growth plans to management ⭐ Who Are We Looking For?
