We are looking for a high-performing, analytical and entrepreneurial Founder’s Office professional who will work directly with the Founder & CEO on strategic initiatives, business growth, operations, client opportunities, and execution.

This is not a conventional coordination role . The person will act as an extension of the Founder, helping convert ideas and strategic priorities into structured plans, measurable outcomes, and execution across teams.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable moving between strategy, business analysis, operations, sales, research, and execution .

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Execution
- Work directly with the Founder on key business priorities and strategic initiatives.
- Convert the Founder’s ideas into actionable plans, timelines, owners, and deliverables.
- Track strategic projects from conception to execution.
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive closure.
- Prepare business reviews, strategy documents, and management presentations.

2. Business & Growth
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and prospect assessment.




- Identify new business opportunities across healthcare, hospitals, clinics, medical tourism, and international healthcare.
- Support development of new products, services, and business models.
- Assist in evaluating partnerships, acquisitions, strategic alliances, and new markets.
- Support sales strategy, proposals, pitches, and key client opportunities.

3. Founder’s Office Operations
- Maintain a clear view of the Founder’s priorities, commitments, and strategic initiatives.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare daily/weekly business dashboards and action trackers.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Marketing, Technology, Creative, Performance, SEO, Sales, and Operations.
- Escalate critical issues to the Founder with solutions—not just problems.
