As we expand into specialty solid wood furniture, we're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Furniture Designer with strong expertise in teak and solid wood craftsmanship to join our team. Bringing custom furniture concepts to life from initial sketches to production-ready designs.

n✅ Design custom solid wood furniture pieces, with a focus on teak, for residential interior projects
n✅ Develop concept sketches, 3D models, and detailed technical drawings
n✅ Select appropriate solid wood species, grains, finishes, and hardware for each piece
n✅ Prepare production-ready drawings with accurate dimensions and joinery specifications
n✅ Generate CNC toolpaths for carved panels, motifs, and decorative detailing




n✅ Work closely with carpenters and the production team to ensure traditional and contemporary joinery techniques are executed accurately
n✅ Collaborate with Interior Designers to align furniture design with overall project themes
n✅ Review prototypes and finished pieces for quality, grain consistency, and craftsmanship
n✅ Stay updated on solid wood furniture trends, seasoning techniques, and manufacturing best practices
n✅ Troubleshoot design or execution challenges during production

n✔️ Strong Experience in Solid Wood Furniture Design, especially Teak
n✔️ In-depth Knowledge of Wood Types, Grain, Seasoning & Wood Movement
n✔️ SketchUp & Enscape
n✔️ AutoCAD & Technical Drawings
n✔️ ArtCAM (CNC Toolpath Generation for Carving & Decorative Detailing)
n✔️ Understanding of Joinery Techniques (mortise & tenon, dovetail, etc.)
n✔️ Technical Drawing & Detailing Skills
