nWe are looking for a highly driven, target-oriented and commercially strong Sales Manager to lead our B2C, Retail and Inside Sales business in the Training & Upskilling industry.n

nThe ideal candidate will be responsible for revenue generation, sales team management, lead-to-enrollment conversion, retail/direct sales, sales funnel optimization, forecasting and overall business growth.n

nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can not only manage a sales team but also actively drive closures, improve conversion ratios, build sales processes and create a high-performance sales culture.n
