Role Description The Business Development Manager role at Ad2Ship is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur.



The person in this role will identify and qualify current business opportunities, build and manage a robust sales pipeline, and present Ad2Ship’s D2C solutions to prospective brand partners. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, reaching out to leads through calls, emails, and meetings, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms while ensuring alignment with client needs and company goals. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to craft tailored solutions, support onboarding of new clients, and maintain strong long-term relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities. The role also involves tracking key performance metrics, providing regular sales forecasts, and contributing feedback to refine go-to-market strategies and service offerings.
