What you will do ?

- Book, reissue, cancel, and refund domestic and international airline tickets.n
- Coordinate crew travel arrangements and ensure timely ticket issuance.n
- Manage flight reservations, fare calculations, and itinerary planning.n
- Handle schedule changes, flight disruptions, and emergency travel requirements.n
- Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and internal stakeholders.n
- Ensure compliance with company travel policies and marine travel requirements.n
- Maintain accurate travel records and documentation.n
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve travel-related queries.n

nWhat we want ?
n
- n
- HSC/Graduate in any disciplinen
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in airline ticketing/travel operations.n
- Experience in the Marine/Shipping industry preferred.n
- Valuable knowledge of GDS systems such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.n
- Strong understanding of international fare rules and ticketing procedures.n
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.n

nShift Timings -
nDay Shift: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
nNight Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM

nWeekly Off -
n2 weekly offs per week
