nKey Responsibilities:n

n1.Actively call and follow up with assigned leads through phone and WhatsApp until conversion or closure.n
n
n2.Qualify leads and identify reliable/prospective customers.n
n
n3.Follow up consistently through phone calls, WhatsApp.n
n
n4.Negotiate professionally and handle customer objections.n
n
n5.Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.n
n
n6.Provide regular updates on lead status, follow-ups, quotations and closures.n
n
nThe ideal candidate should:n
n
n1. Have Minimum 1-2+ years of hands-on experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, B2B Sales or Lead Conversion.n
n
n2.
Demonstrated experience in following up with leads and converting them into actual sales/orders.n
n
n3. Strong persuasion and objection-handling skills.n
n
n4. Excellent telephone communication and negotiation skills.n
n
n5.The ability to follow up with the same customer multiple times without losing patience or interest.n
n
n6. A target-oriented and result-driven mindset.n
n
n7.Strong discipline in maintaining follow-up schedules.n
n
n8.Confidence in asking for the order and closing the sale.n
n
n9.Ability to work independently from home .n
n
n10. Fluency in Telugu and English. Hindi is an added advantage.n
