Business Development ManagernWe’re looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager who can identify new opportunities, build strong business relationships, pitch effectively, and contribute directly to the company’s growth.
What you'll don

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.n
- Identify and engage potential clients and business partners.n
- Manage the sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closure.n
- Drive client onboarding and ensure a smooth transition.n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.n
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling.n
- Research new markets and identify potential business opportunities.n
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance against targets.n

What we're looking forn
- n
- Excellent command of English is mandatory.n
- 4–5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Client Acquisition, or Partnerships.n
- Proven track record in lead generation,



client acquisition, and deal closure.n
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.n
- Experience in engaging and converting business owners and key decision-makers.n
- Ability to independently manage the end-to-end sales cycle.n
- Strong relationship-building, follow-up, and account management skills.n
- Target-driven mindset with strong ownership and a proactive approach.n
- Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.n
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.n
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Excel/Google Sheets, CRM, and sales tools.n
