We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and AI-savvy Senior Graphic Designer to lead and support the creative team in developing visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate has strong agency experience, a proven track record of leading a design team, and a keen interest in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance creativity, speed, and visual storytelling. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced advertising agency environment and ready to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and create visually engaging designs for social media, digital ads, presentations, campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Translate creative briefs and brand requirements into strong visual concepts and design solutions
- Explore and integrate AI-powered design and image-generation tools into the creative workflow to develop concepts, visual directions, variations, and assets
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools, design technologies, and creative trends, and identify opportunities to improve the team‘s creative process




- Adapt creative assets across multiple formats, platforms, and campaign requirements
- Work closely with copywriters, account managers, and the creative director to develop and execute campaigns
- Implement feedback and revisions accurately while maintaining creative quality and meeting timelines
- Maintain brand consistency across all design output and ensure adherence to brand guidelines
- Prepare and deliver production-ready files for both print and digital platforms
- Manage and mentor a team of 3–4 junior designers, providing creative guidance and feedback
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
- Experiment with current creative workflows that combine traditional design expertise with AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and output quality
