Accounts Executive – UK Accounting (Remote, India)

PropertyFlow Ltd is a UK property-management software company.
Our books, VAT and statutory filings are all UK — and we‘re building
the finance team that runs them from India.

This is an immediate requirement. Immediate joiners strongly preferred.

What you‘ll do
- Prepare and file UK VAT returns under MTD
- Month-end close: accruals, prepayments, control-account recs
- Bank reconciliations across all UK accounts
- Support year-end statutory accounts and corporation tax packs
- AP/AR, supplier statements, landlord & tenant reconciliations
- Structure a company from scratch — UK incorporation
- Client Money Account setup for our different partners

What we‘re looking for
• Bachelor‘s in Accounting, Finance or Commerce
— ACCA / CIMA or equivalent an advantage
• 2+ years of hands-on UK accounting or bookkeeping
(KPO / UK-outsourcing experience absolutely counts)
• Know how to structure a company from scratch — UK incorporation,
share structure, and standing up the books from day zero




• Real Xero experience — QuickBooks or Sage also considered
• Solid understanding of UK VAT schemes and Making Tax Digital
• Transparent written English — you‘ll be emailing UK colleagues directly
• Able to work 12:30–21:00 IST to overlap with the UK team
