n Overview:
nWe are looking for an experienced Client-Servicing Executive with prior agency experience to join our team. You will work closely with internal teams, including creative, strategy, and production, to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Your expertise in agency environments will help drive client satisfaction and strengthen relationships, ensuring we meet and exceed client expectations.
n Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling all day-to-day communicationsn
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production) to manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgetsn
- Provide proactive updates and problem-solve client issues to maintain satisfactionn




- Ensure client expectations are clearly communicated and met , managing scope and timelines effectivelyn
- Contribute to project briefs, presentations, and status reports for clientsn
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat businessn

n Qualifications:

- n
- Prior experience (1-2 years) working in a client servicing role within an agency workplace (e.g., advertising, marketing, media, or creative agencies)n
- Fluent communication skills in Hindi & English n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skillsn
- Strong organizational abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.n
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentn
- Someone with a proactive approach to problem-solvingn
- Knowledge of agency workflows and client communication best practices n
