Job Prospect: Senior Spine 2D Artist & Video Creator (Remote, Contract) Are you a master of 2D skeletal animation who also loves bringing gameplay to life through dynamic video? We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Spine 2D Artist for a part-time contractual role. In this unique position, you will split your expertise between high-level character rigging/animation and crafting engaging gameplay trailers and custom cinematic promotional materials. Role Details Position: Senior Spine 2D Artist / Motion Designer Experience Required: 3–5 years of professional experience in 2D game animation and video production Location: 100% Remote Job Type: Part-time / Contractual What You Will Do Rig & Animate: Create top-tier skeletal rigs, mesh deformations, and fluid animations for 2D characters, creatures,



and UI elements using Esoteric Spine. Asset Preparation: Collaborate with the 2D art team to slice, layer, and prep PSD files for a clean animation pipeline. Produce Gameplay Trailers: Edit high-energy gameplay trailers, promotional videos, and teasers using captured in-game footage and custom-created assets. Cinematic Animations: Design and animate compelling custom 2D cinematic sequences for marketing, social media, and in-game storytelling. Technical Optimization: Optimize bone counts, skin weights, and texture atlases to ensure maximum performance across platforms. ️ What We Are Looking For Spine Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of Esoteric Software Spine, including complex IK setups, weighted meshes, and multi-skin configurations.
