Job SummarynWe are looking for a highly proactive, sharp, and dependable Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires someone who can think critically, solve problems independently, manage multiple priorities, and act as a robust coordination bridge between teams.
nThe ideal candidate is active, detail-oriented, solution-driven, and confident in handling responsibilities in a fast-paced,



remote work environment. Strong English communication skills and professional maturity are essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Process Developmentn

- Understand software and tools used within the organisation and support their effective implementation across teams. n
- Learn and explore relevant AI tools and guide teams on their effective usage. n
- Prepare and maintain process documents, policies, rules, regulations, and training materials, including videos. n
- Conduct assessments and evaluations within the organisation. n
- Develop, document, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes.n
