Role Overview We are looking for a driven Business Development / Demand Generation professional with 3 to5 years of experience in B2B SaaS, Cybersecurity, IT Products, or Enterprise Technology. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating qualified leads, engaging key decision-makers, and building a strong sales pipeline through strategic outbound and inbound demand-generation activities. cold calling, networking, events, webinars, and other digital channels. · Research and identify key decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, IT Heads, Security Heads, and Business Leaders. · Develop personalized outreach campaigns based on industry, business challenges, and customer requirements. · Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on business need, authority, budget, and buying timeline. · Schedule qualified discovery meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team. · Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. · Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Pre-Sales teams to improve lead conversion. · Support demand-generation campaigns, webinars, industry events, email campaigns, and account-based marketing initiatives. · Maintain accurate lead and chance information in Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM platforms. · Track MQLs, SQLs, qual
