nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking healthcare professionals with strong Mandarin Chinese language skills and a solid understanding of medical and scientific concepts. The selected candidates will support medical communication, scientific documentation, healthcare projects, and cross-functional collaboration involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
nDepending on their experience and capabilities, candidates may be assigned as either a Medical Writer or a Project Manager within the organization.
nKey Responsibilities
nMedical Writer Track
n

- Author, review, and edit scientific, clinical, and medical content.n
- Translate and localize medical documents between Chinese and English.n
- Develop medical summaries, literature reviews, training materials, and educational content.n
- Ensure scientific accuracy and compliance with regulatory and client requirements.n




- Interpret clinical data and convert complex medical information into clear and audience-appropriate communication.n
- Support publication, medical affairs, pharmacovigilance, and clinical research projects.n

nProject Manager Track

- Coordinate end-to-end execution of medical and healthcare projects.n
- Act as a liaison between clients, medical experts, translators, and operational teams.n
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, budgets, and stakeholder communication.n
- Review project documentation and ensure quality standards are maintained.n
- Facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare project reports.n
- Collaborate with Chinese-speaking partners, healthcare institutions, and clients.n

nRequired Qualifications

- MBBS, BDS, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, PharmD, BSc/MSc Life Sciences, Nursing, Biotechnology, Public Health, or related healthcare discipline.n
