Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Own the edit on flagship work across social media, digital campaigns, films, events, and internal communications, from first cut to final delivery.
- Shape the video idea before it exists. Sit in briefs, pitches, and creative reviews, and bring a point of view on story, structure, and format rather than waiting for a locked script.
- Set the quality bar for video across the studio. Define the look, pacing, sound design, and finish standards that everything else is measured against.
- Review and direct the work of junior editors. Give explicit, actionable feedback, unblock them technically, a
