nWhat We're Looking For

- CA – 5+ years experiencen
- MBA from Tier-1 College – 5+ years experiencen
- MBA – 7+ years experiencen
- Robust experience in Treasury OR Product Control + Accountingn
- Banking / FinTech industry experience preferredn
- Strong understanding of Treasury products, liquidity, capital and regulatory requirementsn
- Knowledge of Bonds, Derivatives and Accounting Standardsn
- Product Control experience will be an added advantagen
- Exposure to Power BI, Alteryx,



Python/Copilot or automation is preferredn
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsn
- Prior team management / people leadership experiencen

n Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Lead delivery and integrity of daily/monthly financial and regulatory informationn
- Manage end-to-end business unit controls, including P&L; production, analysis and balance sheet substantiationn
- Support core Treasury activities across Liquidity, Capital, Term Funding, Securitisation, Interest Rate & FX Riskn
- Produce and support Basel III liquidity metrics and regulatory reportingn
- Drive data integrity, financial forecasting, modelling and reconciliationn
- Identify and resolve financial/control issues and provide solutions to senior stakeholdersn
- Lead, mentor and develop team membersn
