nAbout the Role
nWe are seeking a hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with strong domain expertise in RO plants, water softeners, plumbing, pumps, and VFDs — including end-to-end system design and execution.



The ideal candidate will be capable of interpreting water testing reports, designing treatment systems from scratch, overseeing on-ground execution, and training our technician workforce to deliver excellence in the field.

- Design RO plants, water softener systems, and plumbing layouts based on site requirements and water testing datan
- Prepare technical drawings, P&IDs;, and system specifications for new installationsn
- Size and select pumps, motors, VFDs, membranes, vessels, and piping for each projectn
- Develop cost-effective, scalable system designs for residential, commercial, and industrial clientsn
