nJob Summary
nWe are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Structural Design Engineer with 5 to 7 years of experience in Steel Structures to join our team in SES, Hosur.
n
nKey Responsibilities
n1. Structural Analysis & Design
nPerform structural analysis and design of metal building frames, secondary framing, and connections using industry-standard software (e.g., Tekla Structure Design, AutoCAD, and Idea Statica).
nEnsure designs comply with applicable Euro-codes (IBC, ASCE 7, AISC, AISI, MBMA)
and project-specific requirements for UK & EU standards.
nKnowledge in design performance for PEB Steel Structures
nOptimize designs for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and manufacturability while maintaining structural integrity.
n2. Material Selection & Compliance
nChoose appropriate construction materials based on structural requirements and environmental considerations.
nEnsure all designs and materials comply with local (EU, UK & US) building codes and regulations.
n3. Project Coordination & Management
nCollaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to integrate structural designs seamlessly into overall projects.
nMonitor project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are adhered to.
nConduct design review meeting with client & Consultants and address any in office challenges.
