Position Details Role: Admission Counsellor Experience: 1–5 years Location: Gurugram (Gurgaon) Work Mode: Work From Office Employment Type: Full time CTC: Up to ₹4.2 LPA + Performance Incentives About the Role As an Admission Counsellor, you will engage with prospective students and working professionals, understand their career goals, recommend suitable programmes, and guide them through the complete admission journey—from the initial enquiry to successful enrolment. This is a sales-oriented counselling role that requires excellent communication, strong follow-up skills, relationship-building abilities, and a consistent focus on achieving admission and revenue targets.



Key Responsibilities Connect with prospective students and working professionals through inbound leads, outbound calls, databases, WhatsApp, referrals, digital enquiries, and other channels. Understand candidates’ educational backgrounds, career objectives, and professional aspirations. Counsel prospective learners on finance, trading, professional certification, and career-oriented programmes offered by ISFT. Explain programme structure, eligibility, learning outcomes, certifications, fees, admission procedures, and career relevance. Manage the complete admission cycle, including counselling, follow-ups, documentation, conversion, and enrolment. Conduct regular and structured follow-ups to improve conversion rates. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly admission and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM/database.
