nWe are looking for an experienced IT qualified to support and drive our internal ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) developments, manage the company’s IT infrastructure, and coordinate with external IT vendors. This role is central to ensuring the seamless functioning of our Microsoft ecosystem (O365, SharePoint, Power BI), along with managing preventive maintenance, laptop configurations, software updates, and basic network troubleshooting.

n Key Responsibilities:
n ERP & Business Applications

- n
- Act as the coordinator with external ERP consultants service providers for Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC developments and enhancementsn
- Collaborate with external vendors to translate business needs into actionable development tasksn
- Conduct UAT, gather user feedback, and ensure timely deployment of ERP updates and reportsn
- Maintain documentation for key processes and changesn

n IT Infrastructure & Support
n
- n
- Coordinate with external IT infra service providers to ensure uptime and maintenancen
- Manage office Wi-Fi,



basic networking, printer setup, and troubleshootingn
- Oversee configuration and setup of laptops/desktops (Windows OS, drivers, antivirus, etc.)n
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules and maintain IT asset recordsn

n Microsoft Ecosystem
n
- n
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environment: Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.n
- Assist users in accessing and organizing SharePoint/OneDrive-based resourcesn
- Support Power BI dashboards and basic DAX/report-level troubleshooting in coordination with external vendorsn

n IT Coordination & Compliance
n

- Serve as the SPOC for all IT-related queries and coordinationn
- Ensure adherence to internal IT policies (data security, password policies, backup protocols)n
- Evaluate and implement minor tools or automations to improve team efficiencyn
