nKey Responsibilities:
nCounseling & Conversion:
nGuide prospective students through the admission process.
nUnderstand students' career goals and recommend appropriate courses.
nAchieve enrollment targets and maintain high conversion rates.
n

nCustomer Relationship Management:
nBuild and maintain solid relationships with leads and potential students.
nAddress queries and concerns related to course content, fees, and career opportunities.
n

nSales & Follow-up:
nFollow up with leads via calls, emails, and messages.
nEffectively handle objections and persuade students to enroll.
n

nRecord Management:




nMaintain accurate records of student inquiries and admissions.
nTrack and report conversion metrics.
n

nCollaboration & Support:
nCoordinate with the marketing and operations team for smooth execution of campaigns.
nAssist in organizing seminars and events for student engagement.
n

nRequirements:
nBachelor's degree in any discipline.
nProven experience in sales or counseling, preferably in the education sector.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
nAbility to work in a target-driven environment.
nFamiliarity with CRM tools and basic computer proficiency.
