Role Description The Marketing and Partnerships Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
Responsible for:




- Driving brand growth and strategic collaborations that support Trusity’s mission.
- Developing and executing marketing plans, managing campaigns across digital and offline channels, and ensuring consistent brand messaging to target schools, parents, and education partners.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with schools, corporates, and ecosystem stakeholders, as well as oversee key accounts to ensure robust relationships and mutual value creation.
- Run paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google and other platforms for B2B lead generation.
- Day-to-day activities involve market and competitor analysis, tracking performance metrics, preparing reports and presentations, and collaborating closely with product, sales, and academic teams to align marketing and partnership initiatives with business goals.
