Avintra helps enterprises automate complex business processes using AI agents, workflow automation, document intelligence, integrations, and human-in-the-loop controls.
We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build our outbound pipeline across the US and UK markets.

The Role
This is a pure outbound sales development role. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage senior decision-makers in US and UK companies and generate qualified meetings for the Aventisia sales team.
You will be expected to proactively reach prospects through:
- Cold calling
- Email outreach
- outreach




- Account and contact research
- Follow-up sequences
- Targeted outbound campaigns

You will not be expected to close deals initially. Your primary objective is to create high-quality sales conversations and qualified opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Prospecting
- Build and maintain targeted account lists across the US and UK.
- Identify relevant decision-makers within target organizations.
- Research companies, business processes, technology environments, and potential automation opportunities.
- Identify trigger events and business problems that could create an opportunity for Avintra.

2. Outbound Calling
- Conduct high-volume but highly targeted B2B cold calls to US and UK prospects.
- Engage senior executives including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, Heads of Automation, Digital Transformation, Shared Services and Operations.
- Clearly articulate Avintra's value proposition and identify potential business problems.
