nAs we scale, we are looking for an experienced Senior Accounting Associate who can independently manage client accounts, review month-end work, guide junior team members, and maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.

n What success looks like: accurate and fully reconciled books, timely month-end closes, thorough reviews with minimal errors, stronger junior team performance, and clients who trust the quality of your work.
What You’ll Own

- Independently manage bookkeeping and accounting for multiple US clientsn
- Review weekly bookkeeping and month-end work completed by junior team membersn
- Lead the month-end close process and ensure all deadlines are metn
- Review bank and credit card reconciliations, general ledgers, suspense accounts, accruals, prepayments, payroll liabilities, loans, AR, and APn
- Identify errors, missing entries,



unusual balances, and reconciliation issuesn
- Ensure financial statements are accurate and ready for management reviewn
- Provide clear review notes and ensure corrections are completedn
- Train, mentor, and support junior accounting team membersn
- Monitor recurring errors and recommend process improvementsn
- Communicate directly with clients and lead meetings regarding deliverables and accounting queriesn
- Collaborate closely with our India and US teamsn

What You Bring
n Essential

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commercen
- Minimum 10 years of relevant accounting, bookkeeping, or auditing experiencen
- Solid experience in reviewing month-end closes and financial statementsn
- Experience managing or reviewing the work of junior team membersn
- Knowledge of US GAAP and US accounting principles would be an added advantagen
- Advanced Excel skillsn
