Position Overview

The Risk Process Innovation Specialist will be a key hire within the newly established Risk Innovation Hub , a strategic team focused on identifying opportunities to enhance how Risk Management operates across the organization.



The Hub partners with teams across the Risk function to evaluate and reimagine end-to-end processes, driving improvements in both effectiveness and efficiency while strengthening risk outcomes.

This role will be respon sible for leading the analysis and redesign of Risk Management processes across multiple risk disciplines. Through the application of process engineering, transformation methodologies and the adoption of new technologies .

T he incumbent will play a key role in driving the transformation of Risk Management processes through creative thinking, structured analysis, and stakeholder partnership. Working across the Risk organization, the individual will assess end-to-end processes and develop practical recommendations that enhance both operational effectiveness and risk outcomes . While AI and automation will represent a part of approaches , the hub will take a broader view, considering holistic changes to how we work that create the greatest value.
