Role Description This is a full-time, Hybrid (WFH + 3/4 days Monthly from Office), Customer Support Executive role based in the Gurugram. The Customer Support Executive will respond to guest inquiries across phone, email, and online platforms, providing explicit information about properties, bookings, and policies. Daily responsibilities include resolving issues before, during, and after stays, updating reservation details, coordinating with internal teams to address guest needs, and documenting interactions in support systems. The role also involves monitoring guest feedback,



suggesting improvements to enhance the overall stay experience, and maintaining high standards of professionalism and hospitality in every interaction.

d) Maintain the MIS reports.
