About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Executive – Construction Chemicals to drive business growth in the Waterproofing and Injection Grouting segment.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling construction chemical products, developing customer relationships, generating new business opportunities and handling project/site requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

-Drive B2B sales of Construction Chemicals, Waterproofing Systems and Injection Grouting Solutions.
-Identify and develop recent customers, contractors, applicators, consultants and project opportunities.
-Generate enquiries and convert leads into sales.
-Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, consultants, engineers and contractors.
-Conduct regular site visits and project meetings to understand customer requirements.




-Coordinate with technical and internal teams for product selection, demonstrations and application support.
-Prepare quotations, negotiate with customers and follow up for order conversion.
-Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
-Support collection/payment follow-up for assigned customers.

Candidate Requirements
*2–4 years of experience in sales/business development in Construction Chemicals.
Hands-on experience in Waterproofing Systems and/or Injection Grouting is strongly preferred.
*Experience dealing with contractors, applicators, consultants, architects, engineers and project sites will be an advantage.
*Any Graduate; B.E./B.Tech Civil Engineering will be an added advantage.
*Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
*Willingness to travel for customer and project/site visits.
*Self-motivated and target-oriented with a robust focus on business development.
